The rules leaflet has some basic numbers in it. Although i don't know if it needs updating with the Bilstein factor. The new shocks changed alot and i now do things i'd never think of doing with spring rate etc.. in the old days.
What track are you running? What shocks do you have?

I have bilsteins all the way around. Its a 1/8 mile dirt with slightly banked turns. Also I am a 200lb driver! if that makes a difference(I know in Karts it did).

Square your car first and then dial in about 1/2" of lead with the panhard bar for a track that small.
Try 80's on the right and 60's on the left for your springs as a basic setup. Run about 3" of spring travel on the right and 2-2.5 on the left.
See how that works, there's alot of stuff to try. That's not even getting into tire pressures, stagger and wheel spacings.
