I believe they are talking about when you go over scales, weight on left front scale must be 120 or less, I believe if no weight is added to fron it is probably arount 100, or 105, so if you have more than 20lbs of weight added to left front you will not pass.

Pretty sure Ray has it right. This is a rule i don't think anyone needs to worry about. I've never seen it checked on dirt. The only place this would even have any type of effect would be in AC or Ft Wayne and these are the only tracks i've seen weight location and amount checked.
It seems everyone is complaining and questioning this for some reason? Does anyone realize if you have to add 120lbs to any corner of your car you have a serious handling problem that probably isn't going to be solved like this? Adding 120lbs is like holding the brake all the way around the track.

I just spoke with SE and I was told not to worry about that rule it's not in effect it was put there primarily for AC.Mike said he was going to send out a e-mail about it.
