Double heats to set the field or single. I would like to see double on a small hard to pass track. Also how much is the entry fee.

For anyone who has never been there. Snydersville is a FLAT 1/8" mile hockey rink type track. 65-67 gear depending on weight and setup. Good brakes/handling and a great deal of finesse and respect will reward you. The spirit of the event OR events is to bring true racers together and keep power trips at home..With the field rumored to be on hand it looks to be truly an All Star race of sorts. Round the Track Action-High Payouts-Top Echelon Competitors See you Friday... www.hammerdowndyno.com

I wouldnt run anything but a 68 there, if they make a 70 I would run that. If your only turning 6100 rpms with a 68 there is no reason to run anything less. Good Luck To All!

Kurt, do to the race at the road coarse we will not be there as we had this planned for months with Paul Loiter running the 7 car. Its to bad we can't be there all I can do is put out there is that I'm looking for rides for Jimmy and Dillon they are 1 and 2 in points and have won 12 of 19 races there this season Dillon 9, Jimmy 3, will pay enterage fee, fuel and don't want any winings call Bob Emmons (908)996-7308 or Jimmy Bassett(908)319-7212.PS Have won all races with 66 gear.

Sounds great!
Just a few questions ....
How many laps are the heats? & the feature? Will there be a redraw for the feature line up or just a heads up start? How many cars will start the feature?

I am working with the track on these details. As of right this moment. It is a regular points show with an increased payout. If / when any details change I will communicate them on here.
As far as the number of starters I think they started 16 for the last big $$ race up there.
It sounds like we are getting a lot of interest and look forward to seeing everyone at Snydersville on Friday night. Hopefully we can put the FUN back in racing and leave the politics and egos off the track!

Yes, First year of tour race 2002. Went into first turn 15 car pile-up, hit so hard it bent the frame. Recommand 16 to 18 cars start but its your race. Have fun will be back in two weeks

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE
After consulting with several competitors and officials we will start a MAX of 16 cars in the 30 lap main event. The top 24 cars will be paid. 17 - 24 will get $10.00 tow money. Any cars over 25 will get $5.00 tow money.
I apologize for changing the format at the last minute but the goal is to put on a good show and not just crowd the track with cars. Every car that shows up will get something for the effort.
There is no rain date for this event. If we are rained out after qualifying, tow money will be paid in an amount to be determined by the number of cars entered.
