To everyone concerned, My father Joe Kosch originally from Paterson NJ is in stable condition at Salem Hospital in Boston Mass. He suffered a heart attack later last week and is having mini strokes along with renal failure. Joe is responsive and alert and is fighting through this. The imeadiate family is keeping our fingers crossed in hopes he will be out of the hospital soon.
I am having a tough time with this and am really trying to put all of this into perspective. I want to thank my Uncle Bill Kosch and my girlfriend Nancy G for keeping me calm and from completely jumping off the bridge. I am 6 hours from my parents and staying home is tough but he would want me to continue doing as planned, The new proud owners of my slingshot will be picking it up tomorrow and by the end of next week I will be going to get my new outlaw stock that me and my Uncle will be preparing to hopefully get out once this season and am looking forward to a full season of racing next year at NES. I am so happy that for the first time I will be racing and my Uncle will be right by my side. Its a lifelong dream of mine to do this with him and can't wait to start working on it with him. I want my dad to see this and be involved with everything along with fullfilling his lifelong dream of taking a car out onto the track. My Dad always struggled to keep a roof over our head and sacrificed everything to keep us safe. I want him to pull through this and be right next to us as we take the car onto the track. For me and my family, your prayers would be greatly appreaciated in our time of need.
Get well soon Dad, Love you!!
